Aikido is a non-competitive Japanese martial art suitable for men, women and children. It is based on blending with attacks rather than using force or strength. A form of self-defence that incorporates mind/body training. Ideal for improving fitness.
Sunday: Juniors 8 – 15 years, 18.30 – 19.30
Seniors: 16+ years, 18.30 – 20.30
Thursday: Seniors 16+ years, 19.30 – 21.30

There are many benefits of Judo, beginning with self-defense. Although the creator of Judo intended this martial art to be more of a sport, it has morphed into an effective self-defense technique.
When taking Judo, you will learn a variety of skills involving balance, coordination and effective motion. You will also learn how to fall safely so that you do not injure yourself.

Altrincham Leisure Centre
is home to the North West Chinese Kickboxing Club which provides Adult coaching for all levels.
Free membership – No contract
Kickboxing offers body conditioning and weight reduction, an aerobic workout second to none, as well as flexibility and mobility, and is also a great stress buster.
