It’s time to make a splash!
Trafford Leisure is following current government guidelines and this inevitably creates some small changes to the programme we left behind back in March. Our Covid-19 secure procedures will help to keep you and our staff safe. We have had to reduce the size of some classes and there is a slight amendment to some start times to stagger people’s arrival times. Additionally, lessons, for now, will be 25 minutes long to minimise contact in-between each lesson. Please read our swimming lesson FAQs before you rebook your child/rens lesson. We hope you understand why these changes have to be made.
What do I need to do now?
In order to rebook your child onto their lesson, from 2nd September, you will be able to log on and choose the class you wish to book back on. Once you have done this it will be rolled over so no need to book in every week. This avoids the need to email or phone if you know the stage your child was at prior to lockdown. We understand parents are constantly juggling the challenges of parenting and working, as well as school holidays, and felt this was the fairest way to organise rebooking. There will be more availability now than in March, as we are not currently accepting new members or taking bookings from cancelled members. This means that you, our loyal customers, should be able to rebook the day and time slot that suits your family.
To book your child onto their course please pre-book online.
Your membership will be unfrozen once you have confirmed the space. Please only book one-time slot per child or the system will remove all duplicates at the end of each day and you risk losing a space. By the end of September, we will have all of our children’s records up to date on the parent portal.
