Our leisure centres are inclusive and welcoming, and our classes and workouts are designed specifically for different fitness levels, interests and all age ranges.

Our Trafford leisure centres, including move Urmston, are inclusive and welcoming, and our classes and workouts are designed specifically for different fitness levels, interests and all age ranges.
Experienced instructor-led sessions every week in our spacious studios and sports halls, including Specialised rehab, falls prevention and restricted mobility sessions (Available – subject to government guidelines)

Located in Flixton adjacent to Flixton Girls School, the leisure centre is one of Trafford’s most modern and is now under an amazing 7 million refurbishment. The centre provides a comprehensive leisure package with activities and sessions for the whole community.
Located in the heart of Sale Town Centre, this leisure centre is one of Trafford’s largest leisure facilities. The centre has a vibrant and friendly atmosphere and is the best place to enjoy a fitness activity within Trafford.
Stretford Sports Village comprises of three centres, the original Stretford Leisure Centre now called ‘Chester Centre’, the newest facility at Stretford High School called ‘Talbot Centre’ & the ‘Sports Barn’ in Old Trafford. The centres provides a complete leisure package for the whole community.
