See our group fitness timetable below, we recommend you booking in advance to avoid any disappointment.

We offer a variety of classes for all abilities such as Gentle Aerobics, Yoga, Virtual Sprint, Aqua, Pump, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT and lots more! 

We have adapted the class timetables, our spaces and class occupancy to ensure you get a great group workout experience and a fantastic variety of classes. You’ll see that some of the classes are 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes.

Members can book 7 days in advance, non-members can book 5 days in advance.

We advise that you pre-book your class online to avoid disappointment, you can turn up and pay by card if there is space available at that time.

Members can book 7 days in advance and Pay As You Go can book 5 days in advance.
