What the role involves…
- Ensuring the safety of our swimming customers by providing excellent lifeguard support
- Meeting and greeting customers and checking them into the centre for activities
- Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the day’s programmes
- Responsible for maintaining the centre’s hygiene and cleanliness standards, taking appropriate action as needed, including performing regular cleaning tasks.

- For anyone age 18+
- Must be able to swim 50m in under 60 seconds
- Able to commit to full time hours
- Good communication skills
- Must enjoy working as part of a team

Pay & Hours…
- As a Real Living Wage employer, we guarantee a minimum pay of £12.60 per hour starting from 1st April 2025.
- 36.25 hours a week (full time)
- Working a combination of earlies, late evenings, and weekends on a rota basis
