Singles table tennis is back!

Get ready to make pre-bookings by downloading our app here. We have developed an ‘FAQS’ guide. We ask you to take the time to carefully read our FAQs and detailed COVID-19 guidelines and to watch the video, as this will help us to help you.

For your safety

We ask, that you remain two metres apart as far as possible. Stay alert and safe, by keeping at least two metres away from other players, including during play, whilst taking breaks and before and after play. Do not make physical contact with other players (such as shaking hands or high fiving). Once we are happy that social distancing can be achieved for singles, we will consider time slots for family bubbles and doubles in line with government guidelines.

Squash

Squash

We know how popular squash is and are delighted to announce that we are in a position to re-open the courts at Altrincham Leisure Centre.

In line with current government guidelines and social distancing measures, squash is currently returning for single player practice only. We know some of you will be disappointed not to be able to play a match with a friend or squash partner, and we understand your frustration.  We hope to be bringing back squash matches soon and will keep you informed as COVID-19 regulations change and are updated.

As with all activities now, squash will require booking in advance for both our pay and play customers and our members.

All booking must be pre-booked either by using our app or online, with solo 50-minute squash slots available from 7.15am – 8.15pm.

For your safety

We ask, that you remain two metres apart as far as possible. To ensure social distancing between adjacent courts is maintained, please use the singles court markings. Stay alert and safe, by keeping at least two metres away from other players, including during play, whilst taking breaks and before and after play. Do not make physical contact with other players (such as shaking hands or high fiving). Avoid chasing the shuttle down towards another court if other players are using it. Once we are happy that social distancing can be achieved for singles, we will consider time slots for family bubbles and doubles in line with government guidelines.

Returning squash and table tennis is being explored now and as soon as we are able to ensure a safe return, we will be back in contact with more information.
