• To spend time with your swimming teachers to support and guide the team, to bring out their potential.
• To manage our School swimming program.
• To provide feedback and to make recommendations on new initiatives and ideas to improve the operational running of the program/generate growth.

To be successful in the role of Swim Well Manager, you must have:-

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification
• Experience of managing and developing a large swimming program
• Be prepared to teach as well as undertake admin and management
• Able to work flexibly to needs of the business which runs 7 days a week
• Desirably you will hold a First Aid at Work and National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification

As Gymnastics Programme Manager, you will have a proven track record in the recruitment, training and development of gymnastics instructors. You will be able to motivate team members and colleagues while maintaining agreed standards of programme delivery and consistently exceeding customer expectations. You will also be experienced in managing revenue targets. The Gymnastics Programme Manager will have previous experience coordinating and delivering a successful gymnastics programme.
