As a Level 2 Gymnastics Coach, your responsibilities will include:

Who You Are:
You may already be a Level 1 British Gymnastics qualified coach or hold a Gymnastics Activity Instructor qualification. If so, we would love to hear from you.
Alternatively, you might currently coach a different sport or have children who currently train and are now looking to begin a career in gymnastics coaching. You do not need to be an expert gymnast yourself to be a gymnastics coach.
We can support the right candidate with an experienced mentor and help you train with us to obtain a gymnastics qualification.

The Role
We are looking for an outstanding person to join and lead our gymnastics team in the role of Gymnastics Programme Manager.. Our programme incorporates baby soft play and preschool gymnastics through to advanced gymnastics, so the successful candidate should have experience in all elements of recreational gymnastics.
As Gymnastics Programme Manager, you will have a proven track record in the recruitment, training and development of gymnastics instructors. You will be able to motivate team members and colleagues while maintaining agreed standards of programme delivery and consistently exceeding customer expectations. You will also be experienced in managing revenue targets.
The Gymnastics Programme Manager will have previous experience coordinating and delivering a successful gymnastics programme. You must be able to demonstrate effective organisational and communication skills and be able to deal effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues at every level. You must be prepared to help drive the business forward. You will be a proactive member of the management team and assist in developing and promoting events and activities to generate revenue and promote retention.
Skills and Qualifications
It is essential that you hold a UKCC Level 2 qualification in gymnastics (Men’s Artistic, Women’s Artistic, or General Gymnastics). Level 3 is desirable, however for the right person we will support you in becoming qualified.
Successful candidates must have a flexible approach regarding hours worked to suit the needs of the business.
