Looking for an exciting and rewarding job? We’re hiring Leisure Attendants / Lifeguards across our Altrincham, Sale, Stretford and Urmston sites, and we’ll pay for your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Pay: As a Real Living Wage employer, we guarantee a minimum pay of £12.60 per hour starting from 1st April 2025.
- Hours: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)

What the Lifeguard role involves:
- Provide lifeguard support to ensure customer safety
- Check in and assist customers
- Set up activity areas and equipment
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
You must be a competent swimmer who is able to swim 50 metres within 60 seconds.
Our sites follow a rota over 2-3 weeks, incorporating a mix of early and late shifts, including one weekend in three. Shifts range from a 6am start to a 10:15pm finish. We prioritise work-life balance by ensuring all employees receive two days off per week and have a clear, predictable schedule to help them plan their personal and professional commitments.

The NPLQ course is due to take place on 28th April – 2nd May 2025 at Stretford Sports Village – you must be available to attend these dates
