What is National Fitness Day all about?
The annual campaign, which is co-ordinated by UK active, sees millions of people across communities inspired to be more active, with thousands of free activities hosted by gyms, swimming pools, leisure centres, sports clubs, workplaces, schools and online providers.
What will we be doing?
This year’s theme will aim to encourage people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to recognise and celebrate the life-long physical and mental benefits of being active and we Trafford Leisure will be making an event of this day – both in our centres and out in our local areas.
To mark this year’s National Fitness Day, we will be hosting a range of activities across our centres and within the community to bring our people together through physical activity. Find out how you can MOVE WITH US below!
