Lifeguard – Your Responsibilities:
As a Leisure Assistant / Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety of our swimmers by providing excellent lifeguard support
- Welcoming customers and checking them into the centre for activities
- Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the day’s programmes
- Maintaining the centre’s hygiene and cleanliness standards by taking appropriate action, including performing regular cleaning tasks
Lifeguard – What we’re looking for:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- An RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification or a commitment to obtaining one before starting.
- A commitment to our values of Making a Difference, Being Open and Honest, Valuing Diversity, and bringing Energy and Empathy to everything you do.
Hours:
move Urmston operates a three week roster with a mix of early and late shifts. This includes one weekend in three. The earliest you would start is 6am, with the latest finish at 10:15pm.
