Trafford Leisure is recruiting Leisure Attendants / Lifeguards to join our team at move Altrincham.

In the role of Lifeguard, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety of our swimming customers by providing lifeguard support
• Meeting and greeting customers, checking them into the centre for activities
• Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the day’s programme needs
• Maintaining the centre’s hygiene and cleanliness standards

The ideal Lifeguard will have:

• An RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification or a commitment to obtaining one before starting.

Working Pattern
Our lifeguards work on a rota basis over a two- to three-week cycle. This includes a mix of early and late shifts, with start times from 6:00 am and finish times up to 10:15 pm. Staff work one weekend in every three and receive two guaranteed days off per week. We are committed to supporting work-life balance through predictable and fair scheduling.
